Wheat Very
Does anybody know if there is wheat in cooking oils?
I am doing a very strict wheat and dairy free diet as i am allergic to both, i cooked potatoes in vegetable oil tonight and blew up like a balloon, the only thing i can think of is the oil as everything else was fresh food with no wheat or dairy products. I don’t have the bottle anywhere anymore to check the ingredients. The oil was just an aldi brand vegetable oil.
i’m severely lactose intolerant and wheat makes me really sick ….. and i’ve used aldi vegetable oil before with no side effect ……. are you sure it wasn’t just the size of the meal you ate?? maybe you just ate too quickly…. hence not giving your brain time to register you were full so you ate way past what you regularly would ……. i’ve done that just too many times……. leave it half an hour from your meal and go squeeze the juice of a whole lemon into a mug and top with warm water and sip on that….. that should realkalise your system and aid in digestion.
or maybe you’re just dehydrated…. you need water to digest food.
i’ve never had a problem with any other cold pressed extra virgin olive oil either.
