Civil War..Not my best subject…help?

Compare Abraham Lincoln to Jefferson Davis as a wartime president. Who do you think was more qualified to assume the office in 1861 and why? How did each grow into the office over the next four years?

Jefferson Davis was the President of the Confederate States of America during the America Civil War and the entire history from 1861 to 1865.

Davis could not come up with a strategy to defeat the Union which was larger and more Develop. He would speak of independence and this just prolong the war.

Abraham Lincoln was elected president in 1860 and took office in March 1861 and preceded by James Buchanan.

As history shows Lincoln made a better wartime president.
