Where can i find old vintage black lace up boots?

I need to find some new boots. The shoe has to be low like below my knee but above my ankle.
I like black shiny boots. I don’t want anything new though. i want to find something old and vintage! Anyone know a good website where i could find a pair? Also they should be on sale like below 100$.

they sell them a lot at shoes stores now. i got mine from like a random store in the mall.
