Why do we give free health care to non-citizens?
Take Mexico for one example: Mexico has UHC. Why aren’t we billing Mexico for the health care their citizens receive here in the USA? Other countries such as Canada will send an American the bill for health care received in Canada. Why aren’t we billing countries of non-citizens back?
It’s “racist” if we don’t.
