In the interests of fair play, should the USA divert half of its $7bn a year aid to Palestine?

Most of that aid is coverted to armament grants, which means the Israelis are armed with Apaches and the latest US hardware, which they use against Arabs who are armed with bottle rockets and rocks…not what anyone would call a fair fight. I wonder how many incursions into Gaza the IDF would make if the locals were armed to the teeth with the same weapons they have?
