Why is the 1959 2 drachmai worth $300 to $1,000 in BU condition when millions made?

Bought a bunch of foreign cons and found many uncirculated Grecian coins. Krause catalog lists this one at $300 in uncirculated condition and $1,000 in BU. Should I send to NGC to have certified and what is the best market to sell.
These are like shining, like some silver dollars i bought a long time ago from Coast to coast on one of those specials. Like they were polished but not. Hairlines show no wear and looks better than the Cyrus 100 mill, the one that they melted all but 10,000, but tha coin graded at unciculated but sure didn’t look that way t me, except they told me it was he way the strike was, like the Peace Dollar. There is also the 1 and then the real blazer is the ten lepta, it looks like it is polished tin, but smooth. Seems on price either a coolector on line with pix or dealer. But fine 12 would be insane for this shape coin with no wear marks, which I assume the hairlines would be the first to get hit. Thanks for your time.
