Why is the tip of my penis red and how can I get it to go away(Uncirc)?

The tip of my penis is red and swollen, just a little oval of puffed out red around the “lips”. I’ve had it as long as I can remember and I think it has been my whole life. I am a virgin so it shouldn’t be an STD, help anyone? (Don’t say ask a doctor)

have you ever try pulling it back and cleaning under it if you never did then that is the problem get in a nice warm bath soak a little while then slowly pull it back stop if it starts hurting just clean it off of what you got exposed also pull it up over 2 fingers then stretch them apart and hold for as long as you can then retract it again too see if it will go back any farther since it doesn’t look like you pulled it back it will take awhile too get it loose too pull back good luck anything else e mail
