Transfer to Unc Chapel hill and pharmacy?

Ok I’m a young African American male living in Texas looking to transfer to Unc Chapel Hill for my junior year. I currently attend a community college in north Texas and have a GPA of 3.83 and made the presidential list last spring semester. I heard that Unc show more priority in admission to in-state students than out of state students. Does anyone think my chances are still good considering my current GPA? Also I want to major in biology or chemistry, minor business, and if Unc chapel has a pre-pharmacy program enter into it for pharmacy school in the future. Lastly does anyone know if they have an undergraduate degree for pharmacy??
