How to do complete uninstall Logitec Ultra Vision Web cam?

I used control add/remove,it was incomplete.I contacted company,they sent a list of trouble shooting no help.I have it loaded on Windows Vista Presario Premium SR5050NX.I have factory restore discs,but could lose 2 internet downloads,Norton 360 & Roxio Creator 9.

You shouldn’t need to do a “Factory Restore”.

I know this sounds weird, but it actually works!!! Re-install the Ultra Vision software, then un-install it again.
