How much can walking do for you?
I’m thin, but I would like to be a little more toned and healthy, and something I already do alot is walking. I go downtown almost everyday and walk everywhere. Sometimes the places I go are a mile or two apart, so I get quite a few miles in a day. Does walking workout your stomach at all? And can I get a little toned just from walking ALOT?
well to get toned up walking will help your legs alot, but for your stomach i would swim and do ab workouts such as sit up’s , crunches,etc. walking is more for losing weight . hope this helps!
