does mint green tea help you lose weight?
okay soo homecomiing’s in 2weeks and i want to look stunning! but to do that i need to lose 5pounds before i get my dress in aweek i walk 2miles everyday & do squats to tone my legs and butt . i heard mint/green tea helps with weight loss. will it help me lose 5ponds in one week if i drink it every night,walk 2miles everyday and stick to my diet ? if so do i add sugar to the tea !?!? i need answers ASAP !
I drunk yogi brand of green tea which had a mint flavor and is swore my belly went down but I cant tell you if I lost weight. I drunk about 3 cups a day and drunk lots of water and ate good. With in a week my stomach felt flatter.
