Swastika Coin

Some coin i found around my house?
I was wondering what it is, i cant find it on ebay and nothing so far on the internet
Front side: WHEN A FELLER NEEDS A FRIEND (around the coin) with the date 1923 lined in the middle at the bottom.
has a picture of a man with crutches and metal things around his legs with a helmet on and a mob running to the left behind him.
Back Side:ASSN. FOR AID OF CRIPPLED CHILDREN, INC.:STREET FAIR (dot) MAY 8 TO 11
then in the middle of the back side :LUCKY COIN TO THE ORDER OF GOOD FELLERS
then below that at the bottom of the coin is a flower with two swastika on both sides ( one on left on right)
is it rare? is it german? is it worth something?
It’s not German; it must be a commemorative coin produced for that street fair event.
1. It’s written in English
2. The Association for the Aid of Crippled Children is (or was) a US charity.

3. It’s too early (1923) for the swastika to be associated outside Germany with nazism.
4. Your description of the front sounds like a soldier severely injured in the First World War.
