Super Nickel
Help super stubborn pimples are killing me?
On the one side of my face there is a small cluster about the size of a nickel where a few pimples have seemed to take kindly to. Most have gone months ago. But now there are 2 that I can feel under the skin. They are barely raised but are very apparent after i get out of the shower. No head, or anything to see and they are very hard but also very small. They feel like large blackheads but blackheads you can see on the surface.
They have been there for about a month and are getting no better or worse. I need a remedy fast before I take a scalpel to them and do something I regret.
Try treating them with hot moist compresses twice a day and see if that helps.
