Strike Coin

What is the value of an incorrectly minted 1975 Canadian 5 cent coin?
I received a 5 cent 1975 Canadian coin as change. The coin has a minting flaw, such that the obverse and reverse are not properly aligned (the reverse is crooked by about 15 degrees). The reverse side also has a much higher-than-normal relief, suggesting an unintentional, high-pressure strike. Is this a known or rare flaw, and what are the auction and street values of the coin?
A 15 degrees rotation is not very much so little value is added. Also having a higher pressure strike does not add much value either. Both things are quite common and you might get an offer for $1-$2 for it. The errors are known and are quite common.
