States Quarter

I know someone who has a quarter with two different states on it?
One side has one state and the other side another state. Anyone know the value?
The coin is a novelty piece created as a magician’s coin or for someone’s amusement. There is no physical way for the mint to produce either a two-tailed or two-headed coin.
That being said I have seen such pieces, of good quality, sell to well informed buyers for as much as $25.
