States From
This is a semantic question so read detail: do states import things from other states?

What do you call the trading of goods between states? From what I have learned exporting only occurs internationally like from US to China but if thats the case than Does California export grapes to Delaware? Or does California import grapes to Delaware? And what is the reverse? Does Delaware import grapes from California? If import or export isn’t right then what is it the word you would use? This has been driving me crazy for a while now and I just need to figure it out. Please help before my brain explodes.

Don’t take it so hard. This is not a big deal. Usually import/export is a terminology applied to cases where there may be import duties to pay for whatever is being imported/exported. Since in the US there are no customs restrictions to interstate commerce, a better term would be “transporting” or “shipping” (even if the freight goes by truck).
