media is befooling, alluring innocent Indian public for sending smss and minting huge bucks. Never sms them?

Almost all the media channels are commercially exploiting the viewers by earning crores of Rs through tieups with gsm providers and the people unawaringly reply. Each sms is charged not less than 5/= app. The govt too is having its share via taxes. We must bring the awareness among our fellow Indians to refrain from such befooling tricks. Silly questions like WHOM DO U THINK IS BETTER SHAHRUKH OR BACHCHAN? REPLY SRK OR BIGB TO 3456 AND WIN XITING PRIZES. In small letters, conditions apply is illegibly written.

Come o.. Let people enjoy their way out. everyone knows that such SMS would cost them. And if government is asking for tax from the media, that’s totally justifed. They earn, they pay taxes. I don’t like those SMS’s either. But I don’t mind people getting into it. It’s no harm to anybody, is it?
