small clear painful disapearing bubble on the inside of my lip?

i have this bubble on the inside of my lip that i’ve had for a few weeks now.
one day it will be there, but flat and not painful at all. then the next day (like today) it’ll be raised, felt against my teeth and painful.
any idea what this is?
