My friend said he would buy it for me, if I could fine one.

you can call a caterer and see what kind of specialties they do , and then ask them to see if they can possibly attempt to try it.

OR you can make it more exciting by tryna make it yourself.

find something to mould the shape of a pony (coat hangers),
then cover it in wax paper,
then stick each jelly bean using icing or something sweet and sticky.
