Is there any type of plant that silver dollars wont eat?

I really wanted a planted tank and I love silver dollars, I know I’ll probably just have to go with some high quality fakes, but I was wondering if there were any plants that a silver dollar wouldn’t eat?

You could try Java fern (Microsorum pteropus) and Anubias, both are fairly tough plants and believe it or not taste absolutely foul, so they should deter the fish from having the occasional munch.

However most stem-plants will be torn to shreds, silk plants these days are very realistic.
