What kids really like at school
The Australian Bureau of Statistics 2007 Schools Census showed that in August 2007, there were 3.4 million school students, up from 3.2 million in August 1997, with the number of teachers rising to over 266 800.
And if you had to ask any one of these teachers how long the attention span of a primary school child is, they will undoubtedly respond the same way. They will all agree that children have a short attention span and are easily distracted.All the more important then, to have interesting, relevant and attention-grabbing education aids around the classroom to keep little minds stimulated.
