what is the term for a gem set inside of the band of a ring?

like a gypsy setting or something? the actual part of the ring you slip your finger into has a gem set in there kind of hidden , like a special gesture almost like engraving . ive seen it on qvc but don’t know the term for it.also, does anyone own something like this? i love the idea of it.

well ive been collecting gemstones and ring settings for alittle over a year now and i havent really heard of this before, i also have seen it on tv, but thats about it.
