Still getting SSL secure connection failures with ‘Plus’ Servers?
I am still getting SSL secure connection failures when trying to send e-mail via Outlook, even with the new ‘plus’ servers. Something still not right!! Getting very impatient!!
Suddenly I’m receiving the same message. I’ve had Outlook with Yahoo Mail Plus for a coule of years, and for the past few days, I can’t send or receive through Outlook. I’ve check and re-checked the settings through the Yahoo Mail Plus site, but to no avail. Please post if you figure it out. Thanks and good luck!
EDIT: Hey, I went on a chat with a Yahoo Mail customer service person just now and it took about 15 minutes, but she fixed it. We tried a ton of different things, but it came down to using different ports than are recommended on the on-line instructions.
