What is a good way to repair a vinyl jet ski seat?

I have a 06 seadoo gtx with a hydroturf vinyl seat and the is ripped in a few places. The tear in the seat cover is about an inch long and a quarter inch wide. I have seen several different products that are like a glue that you can use, but i don’t know how effective they really are. Does anyone know what the best thing to use is? thanks alot

try a vinyl repair kit from an auto store. dont try 1st thing on your seat. find something old vinyl and practice by following the directions. the hard part is mixing the color accurately. also you have to learn how the heating element reacts so practice lots. I got a lot more trading my old boat by fixing lots of little imperfections in the vinyl upholstery by using one. be patient with the kit.
