Front: Liberty – In God We Trust – 1979 – and 13 Stars
Back: United States of America – E-Pluribus *Unum* – ONE DOLLAR – and 13 Stars
Side: Flat, but on inside (front and back) has 11 sides.

Aww..sorry to break it to ya, but that is not “really old”. Paper could be worth around 10 bucks or so, depending on condition, etc. Coin face value. Good luck!
