Do you know what this silver U.S. Coin is called?

I have a silver coin. On the front is an eagle in the middle, just below that it says “.999 Fine Silver Troy Ounce”. Around the outside edge it says: Top: The Coinage Act of 1792 – Bottom: First U.S. Monetary Unit.

It’s actually not a coin. Private companies sometimes stamp silver into coin-like collector’s items. The phrase .999 Fine Silver Troy Ounce refers to the quality and weight of silver. For the most part they are worth about as much as that much silver (rarely are they worth more), I think a little under $1 right now.
