How can I make an instrument out of household items ?

It can’t be something like banging a pot with a metal spoon. It has to be make some sort of sound without using something from an actual instrument. Example: Shaker ; paper towel roll with beads inside and sealed off edges. Help ?

Try to make a guitar! use a rectangular tissue box for the bottom, elastic bands for the strings, and an empty paper towel roll for the neck.
