whats the best way to grow my poker bank roll SNG or cash?

I am a much better tourny / sng player but i enjoy playing cash more, although my style is not quite suited! I like to play tight aggressive, where as i find cash pretty loose aggressive

The answer is the play what you’re more profitable at. If you’re winning at SNGs but losing at ring games, the answer is obvious. If you’re winning at both, then you must do some math and find out which games you have a higher hourly win rate at. It’s possible your swings are greater at rind games but in the long run you are winning more per hour. Just make sure you’re playing within your bankroll and not moving up too quickly and you should be fine.
