i had 735 calories today?

first i feel awful about going over 500, and i had half a lowfat turkey dog, half a flatbread weat thin bread roll, a 230 cal yogurt shake, 1 tortilla chip, 1 carrot, 2 mini pieces of chedder cheese, 2 straw berries, 1 rasberry, half a piece of corn, 1 120 cal chocolate chip cookie, 2 drzzled chocolate rice cakes 25 cal each, 1 min. made soft serve lemonade pop, 1 glass of low fat 15 cal lemodande. i made all the wrong choices toady, i feel so awful right now, the cookie sucked too, i tottally binged today, wtf do i do to put the guilt on hold for a wile??? can i burn it off in my bedroom?? hellp!!
im 5’6 1/2 and about147-154 lbs 13

Anna ban,you need to listen carefully,unless you are morbidly obese and under medical care,there is no way that you can exist under this regime. The average person needs about 2000 cals/day to maintain bodily function.If you are going to maintain your health, you need to eat a balanced diet. If you are in school maybe you need to consult with the school councilor,if not you might seek professional help with your personal image.There are people who are sympathetic to your problem who will be more happy to aid you.
