What hair color would look better on me? need ur advice plz ?

I have a fair skin tone and light hazel eyes which everyone says look topaz,i also have blue rimmed eyes,ive always rinsed or dyed my hair light colors like golden or dirty blonde or honey brown to compliment them,but in ur opinion would i look good in brown? a light or chocolate brown maybe?
i never thought so cuz my eyes are so light,also what make-up would go great?
This helps alot since im meeting the man of my dreams soon

I have a friend with what sounds like the exact same eye colour as you! And she’s so beautiful, she had those AMAZING eyes (seriously, every time I see her, I’m like “WOW, your eyes!”), medium-ish brown hair (I wouldn’t go for too light a brown simply because I prefer mid to darker browns) and average skin colour I guess, so I’m sure brown hair would suit you- is it your natural hair colour? She wears foundation and because she has brown hair she can get away with a fair amount of blusher which looks so lovely, oh and some mascara too, but for a regular day, that’s all I’d do: foundation, blusher, mascara.. and maybe possibly a tiny bit of smokey eye if you decide to dye your hair brown which I think would look lovely (as it does on my friend) !
