Rim Tone

I have tan skin colour black hair and very deeep dark brown eyes?

I have brown tan skin tone yellowish tone, black hair, deep dark brown eyes what color of eyeliner at the bottom rim should i wear so my eyes look nice and what colour of lipstick so it looks natural at the same time makes me look nice I dont like dark colours in lipstick because i like to wear alot of eyeliner at the bottom rim,. please help would brown lipstick would look nice on me or would it wash me out please help

for the eyeliner question; go for the opposite of your eye color….blue. you can also try purple. black and gray looks good on every eye color.
