What church in puerto rico makes female members wear maroon robes? ?

I am at Wendy’s in humacao, puerto rico and there is a group of people that say they just came from church. The women have on maroon robes with golden goblets and the man has on a black robe with silver sequins on the hems. What group/cult/church is this?
