Red Ring Of Death after doing the penny fix!?

I tried the penny fix on my xbox 360 and it got the red ring of death 2 days later! I tried the towel trick again and got it to work for a while, but the evil ring came back! So what should I do: Leave it and hope for the best, Keep doing the towel trick, or open it up again and try a different method to fix it such as the x-clamp fix or heat gun fix. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

My first suggestion would have been to send it to xbox when this originally happened but that isn’t really going to happen as it appears you have opened the system. I would browse youtube for other fixes not familiar with the heat gun but would suspect it to be a quicker method of the towel trick. Eventually you realize it just isn’t going to come back one of these time. Sorry, but good luck
