Do I need higher than a B- in Algebra 1 (eighth grade) to get into Geometry in 9th grade?

I currently have a B- in my eighth grade algebra 1 class. the marking period ends in a few days and i think it will be rare if i bring it up to a B. anyways, I was wondering what the lowest grade was required to get into Geometry or Honors Geometry. I think ive just had a bad MP, so do can i still get into geometry/honors if i have a B-?

depends on your school. when i went to high school, we go into geometry after we finish algebra, regardless of the grade. we can also choose honor class if we get at least a c. we only have a, b, c. d, and f.

ask your geometry teacher.
