I’m like super lost and stuck in platinum help plz!?

ok so I got platinum like last week and I was doing good until I bumped into The Psyducks on route 210 then I got stuck on the Veilstone City thing about the team Galactic warehouse. Then I go to Pastoria city and can’t fight the Gym leader I need help for all 3 of these things plz. idk if the Psyduck thing happens like after I beat the Veilstone and Pastoria gym leaders or not. I’m also trying to get into the warehouse but I can’t seem to find the key to the Head Quarters. I just need help can someone please help me!?
