how do i take a the right rear quarter panel off a 240sx?

i went to pick n’ pull to look for rear quarter panel for my 90′ 240sx and found one.
what is the easiest way to take it off and put a new one on.

Quarter panels can’t be just taken off and put back on. They are part of the body structure and have to cut out,welded back in, and then the seams filled/sanded and repainted.
