Quarter Arkansas

I have a rather large U.S. $0.25 quarter. Is it legal tender? Is it a misprint and worth nothing, or a lot?

It’s a 2002 U.S. quarter with Arkansas as the state.
Vega’s mom accepts it.
It is too big to fit in a vending machine. I thought it could be fake…
Sorry, it is 2003. My mistake. It feels like a game token. Part of the “Birthplace of Clinton” is worn out, and the character under it.

If it says birth place of Clinton then it is not the Arkansas quarter minted by the U.S. mint and is therefore a token made by a private mint as a novelty item. There have been tokens from that state as well as Texas (Bush quarter) that mimic state quarters. They are not a coin but a token and sell for around $5 or so.
