Proof Ultra
Is the fact that the Dems and Repubs are both all for this bailout proof of who they really serve?
A bipartisan group including The President, the Fed, and both parties in congress have just agreed to give away hundreds of billions of dollars of OUR money to a few ultra wealthy elites who have been profiting for years in an under-regulated system and finally got caught.
Is the fact that this action has taken place without ANY debate in the media or anywhere proof that, for all us common folks arguing about Red States and Blue States, left wing, right wing ect. Our government and media really answer only to the ultra-wealthy, not us?
Blamewhitey4it – Thank you, I’m not saying there is no argument to be made for the government moving to sure up the economy. But the fact that hundreds of billions have been given with no debate, and no discussion about what caused this and who is responsible is outrageous.
I think they all agree now it is necessary to prevent the collapse of the economy. the differences are in whether there should have been regulations and oversight before it happened. the Republicans including McCain said no, Obama has always said yes.If there had been controls in place this would not have happened. Hopefully this will not be allowed to happen again.
