Proof Coa

i’m 22 yrs..do i qualify to be a EEA family member as a dependant child?

i came to the uk as a tourist and i’ve applied the eea2 application and i’ve received the COA..is it possible for the HM to refuse my application as a dependant child?my mother is an EEA..and what is the proof that i’m depending on the eea…and is it wrong i came in the as a tourist but not as the eea family member?i need some1 to help me with this please?

In the UK once you reach 18 you are no longer a child.
