this is their restocking fee policy and i am not sure if TV’s are included in this:

25% for Special Order Products, including appliances
15% for opened notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors, GPS navigation and in-car video systems
10% for Apple® iPhones

I recently returned a tv I bought from Best Buy and I got every penny back. So I would say, no. There are no restocking fees for tvs.
