Do you think picking up change is embarrassing and of poor manners?

Sometimes if you see a quarter or ten cents or something. Do you pick it up? What is you see someone else pick it up, do you think badly of them?

I pick up change. It isn’t an embarrassing thing. I see others do it and my only thought is “cool, they found some change.”
