Percent Silver

Have you cleaned earrings with 70 percent alcohol and found they got discolored? Gold? Silver? Hypoallergenic?

I got my ears pierced not so long ago and want to know how to take care of my new earrings and also NOT to get infected earlobes!

I have always used Hydrogen peroxide or jewelry cleaner. Even baking soda works.
