What kind of game did Penny from Survivor play?

I am a huge fan of Survivor, I’ve seen every season, but for some reason, I can’t really remember Penny from survivor thailand, I can remember her appearance and who she is, but I can’t remember what she did or things about her. Even moments or quotes would help.

There’s something immensely alluring about a woman who steps up and takes charge when the situation merits, who simply refuses to lose when serving for the match. Indeed can-do usually does. Penny, you go, girl.<<

Also found that Jeff Probst, according to wikipedia described Survivor Thailand as his least favorite season...>>Jeff Probst stated that he was not fond of the season, going as far as calling it his least favorite.
