I bid on an item on ebay that was a penny! and honestly I didn’t know if i was gonna get it but I did….?
and I don’t mind paying it (it’s only a penny) but I asked a question reguarding the item last week and still no response???? What should I do? I don’t want to pay someone I don’t even know if they are going to send my item? What should I do? Is it wrong to not pay, can they do something to my acct? I have never had anything bad happen to my acct…

You made a contract to purchase the item as soon as you placed a bid on it. Sometimes you are lucky to get items very cheaply on Ebay although sometimes you may find that postage and packaging costs make your ‘bargain’ a lot more pricey than you first think!
If you choose not to proceed with the purchase then the buyer can complain to Ebay and you could be issued with a strike as a non paying bidder.
Checked the seller, they look fine to me. Looks like you have got a fine item at a great price.
