What is the best rule of thumb for using the PCGS priceguide for MS66+ and FBL PCGS slabbed Franklin Halves?

I use the Greysheet for anything up to MS65 and non FBLs, but for MS66+ and FBLs, what is the best rule of thumb for determining a fair value using the PCGS online priceguide for PCGS slabbed Franklin Halves? That is, is there a certain percentage to deduct across the board, etc. etc.???

I don’t think it is as easy as using a certain percentage deduction across the board. However I do agree with you the prices quoted on the PCGS web site are generally on the high side. Given the level of grading you are looking at there can not be too many coins trading. Maybe you could develop your own average market price by looking on eBay and Heritage Coins for recent high bids. With the information from eBay and Heritage you could then get a ballpark discount rate for the PCGS site.

A lot of work but given the grades you are looking at and the prices it may be worth it.
