what is a class 1 misdemeanor?
i am trying to get a job and they are asking about class one misdemeanors. i have been convicted of driving with no licence, possesion of pot under 1/4 ounce, no proof of insurance, stealing under $100 is any of this a class 1?
oh by the way i no longer break the law instead i am trying to be a cop and going to school for it i straightened up as i got older.
It depends upon how your state defines first degree misdemeanors. You’ll have to look at your criminal record to see if any of them are first degree — each state classifies crimes differently.
