Olympic Two

What are the two spots on the foreheads of the Olympic women swimmers?

I originally thought it was from the goggles but the men don’t seem to suffer from the two spots on their foreheads. Any thoughts?

It is from the goggles before they put them over their eyes, some people just wear them tighter than others so it leaves more of a mark.
