Does running up the score make you a good Heisman candidate?

Sam Bradford has such good stats because Oklahoma prides themselves on running up the score. Being the first team to score 60+ points in 5 consecutive games shouldn’t be celebrated as a good accomplishment since they were basically rubbing it in their opponents’ faces. Florida will take Tebow out in the 3rd quarter if they are murdering the other team, because they have good sportsmanship. That is why Tebow’s numbers are lower. He should win the Heisman not Bradford.

the way it works with all the polls, the voters do not watch the games they go by end results, so yes run up scores help pad stats and usually the player will reap the awards derserving or not, i agree tebow should be 1 on the list he is the best leader out there but the padded stats will not help him, there is no one better in college than tebow with all around abilities that he has
