How do you fix the error message: runtime error has occurred.?

Since Yahoo was installed by BT I keep getting this message on Windows XP. runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug? Line 65 Error: ‘oBw” is undefined.Do you wish to Debug?Y/N I don’t have a Mac and I don’t use AOL and I have reinstalled so all answers todate are wrong!
