what car or truck can i find that has a high nickel chevy 350 block!! trying to build a 383 stroker thx

The “High Tin” block you refer to is an aftermarket item, offered by GM Performance Parts. It was never a production item in passenger cars or trucks.
It is commonly know as the “Bowtie” block because of the Bowtie emblem on the side of the block.
It has thicker crankwebs for a stronger bottom end, Siamesed cylinders with no water jacket between them.
It can come either with standard four bolt main caps, or undrilled to install splayed bolt main caps.
